Kitchen Corps added Rapid Response Kitchen Units to our 60+ unit mobile fleet.
The Rapid Response Kitchen units are outfitted with predetermined equipment capable of feeding from 10 to 1,000 people per meal. These units can be on-site and operational anywhere in the U.S. quickly and play an instrumental part in keeping work crews fed and on-site in disaster situations. The unit is outfitted with single points of connection for all utilities – gas, electric, water, and sewage and have mounted potable and grey water tanks, mounted propane tanks, and are generator powered if shore power is not available.
In addition to emergency response, these units are also perfect for organizations looking for a temporary mobile kitchen facility to use during short term events. All units are built to meet all International Building Codes. The Rapid Response Unit equipment line includes:

In addition to the commercial cooking equipment, the Rapid Response Unit is also equipped with hand sinks, 2 and 3 compartment sinks, exhaust and supply fans, and an Ansul fire suppression and hood system.
