  • Production line consists of NSF approved and UL listed commercial cooking equipment that can be customized to your individual needs. UL listed hood systems are complete with exhaust and make up air systems and NFPA certified fire suppression systems.
  • Built to meet all International Building Codes
  • All floors, walls, work and washing areas are made of food safe material.
  • 8′ x 10′ Walk-In Refrigerator space is constructed of commercial grade stainless steel and is food safe.
  • Trailer is temperature controlled.
  • Water Heaters are included.
  • Capability to feed 10 to 1,000 people per meal.
