Kitchen Corps, Inc. of Chesapeake, Va. was awarded the contract to provide the New Orleans Country Club with a temporary production kitchen during their club renovations from March – June 2014.
The 8’ x 53’ production kitchen trailer is equipped with:
- 8×10 walk-in cooler
- 30-gallon steam kettle
- 36″ griddle
- 40-gallon tilt skillet
- Double stack convection ovens (2)
- 6 burner range with 12″ griddle
- 5-pan steamer (2)
