Kitchen Corps provides Country Club with temporary production kitchen

Kitchen Corps, Inc. of Chesapeake, Va. was awarded the contract to provide the New Orleans Country Club with a temporary production kitchen during their club renovations from March – June 2014.

The 8’ x 53’ production kitchen trailer is equipped with:

  • 8×10 walk-in cooler
  • 30-gallon steam kettle
  • 36″ griddle
  • 40-gallon tilt skillet
  • Double stack convection ovens (2)
  • 6 burner range with 12″ griddle
  • 5-pan steamer (2)
