“When I started a temporary kitchen company back in 1996, if only I knew how dealing with specific individuals and companies is not always as it seems to be.
 
I come from a background that your word is golden. At the end that is all we have to hold onto. That is what Kitchen Corps, Inc. bases its values on. However, it is not always that simple within the business world.
 
I always give people the benefit of the doubt. When individuals or companies put themselves into a survival situation someone is going to get the brunt of the loss. It is a human reaction to survive.
