After preparing and handling more than 4,000 meals a day for patients, guests, students, staff and doctors at a university hospital in Texas undergoing a year-long kitchen renovation, Kitchen Corps’ 5,000 square-foot Portable Temporary Kitchen Facility is ready to be leased for a new mission.
This temporary kitchen can be leased and transported anywhere in the country to its next customer as is, or its sections can be leased as needed.
In a contractor’s performance evaluation report that measured quality, schedule and timeliness of performance, customer satisfaction, management personnel and labor, cost and financial management, and safety and security, the university hospital’s project manager graded Kitchen Corps’ personnel and temporary kitchen with the two highest grades possible – Exceptional and Very Good – throughout the entire report. No grades of Satisfactory, Marginal or Unsatisfactory were given.
