“(Our Project Manager) Gregg did an excellent job setting up a kitchen, despite the awful weather. He had quite a bit of work to accomplish and he did so effortlessly and was very cordial with all of the directors and leaders who popped their heads in during set-up to see the process.

We’re feeding around 2,000 meals a day through four different dining spots on campus – and for the amount of meals we have to execute per day, the kitchen is phenomenal. We’ve been showing it off every chance we get to our architects, presidents, and the higher up’s who are involved with the project. It’s great.”
