Production kitchen trailer | Encompass Health – Walton Rehabilitation Hospital is an inpatient rehabilitation hospital located in Augusta, GA. This is a 60 bed facility with over 220 employees.
During a renovation in 2019 KCI provided a production kitchen trailer. The production kitchen consisted of a full cook line, prep space and a walk-in cooler. This temporary facility allowed the hospital to continue operations without any interruptions during their kitchen renovation.
This project was a 3 month term.
