Modular Kitchens Systems for Jails
Schneider Electric – is a contractor that focuses on energy and automation digital solutions for efficiency and sustainability. Schneider Electric was completing a renovation for Etowah County Jail in Gadsden, AL to improve their digital solutions.
KCI has provided a 1,500 Sq Ft temporary kitchen facility to assist the jail in continuing their operations and feeding 1,000+ inmates and staff.
The facility used is one of KCI’s most popular set up that includes 3 trailers that are combined onsite to provide an open floor plan with a production area, prep area, dishwashing area, cold storage and dry storage.
