Renovations

Keep meals flowing while your permanent kitchen is gutted and rebuilt — no shutdown, no off-site catering.

Your kitchen is closing for renovation — your operation isn't

Kitchen renovations at hospitals, universities, retirement communities, and schools can take 12–24 months or longer. During that time, every patient, student, resident, and staff member still needs to eat — three meals a day, fully compliant, at the same capacity as before. Off-site catering is expensive, logistically difficult, and often fails to meet regulatory standards. Kitchen Corps provides a full commercial kitchen on your campus that runs the day your permanent kitchen shuts down.

  • The challenge

A major kitchen renovation means months without your primary food production facility. Institutions cannot shut down feeding — patients need meals, students need dining halls, residents need daily service. Off-site catering introduces food safety risks, transportation costs, and quality issues that are unacceptable for institutional operators.

  • The solution

Kitchen Corps installs a fully-equipped temporary kitchen on your campus — same equipment, same capacity, same compliance standards as your permanent facility. From a single production trailer to a 5-Wide facility with dedicated warewashing and cold storage, every unit is built to order and positioned on your site. Your staff walks in and starts cooking. When the renovation is complete, Kitchen Corps removes the units and restores your site.
