  • Equipped with a full commercial production line, preparation space, three compartment sink, hand sinks, and walk-in refrigeration space.
  • Production line consists of NSF approved and UL listed commercial cooking equipment that can be customized to your individual needs.
  • UL listed hood systems complete with exhaust and make up air system and NFPA certified fire suppression systems.
  • Capability to feed 10 to 1,000 people per meal.

Preparation Kitchen Trailers

Temporary Mobile Kitchens Semi Trailer Units

  • 8’6″ x 48′ or 8’6″ x 53′ Semi-Trailers
  • Equipped with stainless steel tables, hand sinks, 2-compartment sinks, and 3-compartment sink.
  • Walk-in Freezer space is constructed of commercial grade stainless steel and is food safe.

Dishwashing Trailers

  • 8’6″ x 48′ or 8’6″ x 53′ Semi-Trailers
  • Rack Type Dish Machine and Preparation Trailers are equipped with commercial dish machine, clean table, soiled table, 3 compartment sink, and garbage disposal.
  • All dish machines and garbage disposals are NSF approved, UL listed, and are complete with proper ventilation and exhaust systems. Dishwashing racks are provided by Kitchen Corps, Inc.
  • Flight Type Dish Machine Trailers include NSF approved dishwasher with capabilities to clean 20,000 dishes per hour. Flight Type Machines remove the need for racks and are the solution for organizations with high production food service operations.
